We may process account details, contact data, company data, creator and agency relationship data, shop connection data, order and payout records, support messages and technical data needed to secure the platform.
We use this information to open and operate accounts, connect shops, create and attribute links, record orders and commissions, make payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, meet accounting duties and maintain the service.
Information may be shared with hosting, database, security, payment, shop, email and accounting providers when needed for the requested platform function. Each provider receives only the information required for its task.
A brand owner sees only the shop and order information needed for its connection. Creator relationship details, personal payout data and agency records remain controlled by the relevant account and the platform operator.
We keep records for the periods required by law or while needed to operate an account, resolve a dispute or protect the service. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to certain processing. Contact [Support email]; you may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Aquidon provides software that connects participating brands, creators and agencies. It provides account management, shop connections, link attribution, order records, commission calculations and payout workflows.
Each participant must provide accurate information, keep its login details secure and use only accounts and payment details that it controls or is authorised to use. The account holder remains responsible for its legal, tax and commercial obligations.
Brand owners remain responsible for their products, prices, stock, customer contracts, delivery, returns, consumer law and connected shop. Aquidon records and routes platform events but does not become the brand's manufacturer or supplier merely by providing the software.
Creator and agency commissions are calculated from approved orders under the programme terms shown to the relevant account. Returns, refunds, fraud and cancelled orders may reduce or reverse a commission. A payout is made only after the applicable hold and payment checks have cleared.
We may suspend an account, link or integration where there is a security, fraud, payment, legal or service risk. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Nothing limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. The law applicable to the relevant contract applies, subject to mandatory protections in the participant's place of residence.
The brand authorises Aquidon to connect the stated shop, receive the selected product, inventory, order, refund and fulfilment events, and use them to attribute sales and calculate commissions. The brand must maintain valid shop credentials, accurate product information and a lawful customer-support and fulfilment process.
A creator receives a personal account and one link per participating brand. The creator controls its own email, payout information and account access. An agency can be connected with its agency code, but cannot take ownership of the creator account or change its payout details.
An agency receives one agency code. A creator may enter that code when creating a brand connection. The creator keeps a separate account, email and payout relationship. Agency attribution and any grouped payout follow the written programme terms and the platform ledger.
The connected payment provider handles payment processing and, where enabled, payouts. Aquidon keeps the internal order and commission ledger, reconciles provider events and may hold or reverse distributions when an order is refunded, disputed or otherwise not eligible.
Live payment and payout features remain disabled until the operator, products, shop connections, legal documents and provider configuration have been reviewed and approved.
